The makers of Megastar Chiranjeevi's Shankar Dada Zindabad plan to release their movie on the 24th of July, the same day as Megastar's former blockbuster – Indra. The movie would be quite a quickie considering it would go to floors only from the 15th of February. The shooting would end in the last week of June. Prabhudeva directs this movie. The movie is being produced by Gemini Film Circuit. Devi Sri Prasad scores the music for this film. The movie was launched in a grand way at Annapurna Studios recently. The screenwriters Paruchuri Brothers claimed to have made the movie more entertaining by inserting the regular Chiranjeevi elements, without diluting the social message in the film. Gandhigiri became a cult country-wide with even politicians endorsing the idea.
