Prabhu Deva, the hot shot choreographer turned director is much in demand these days. Although Pournami, his second film as director, bombed at the box-office, he is still considered as one of the most creative young directors in South India.
Impressed by his shot taking and poetic touch of filmmaking, megastar Chiranjeevi has asked Prabhudeva to helm his next film, Shankardada Zindabad (remake of Lage Raho Munnabhai).
Prabhudeva is now busy remaking Mahesh Babu’s Pokiri into Tamil with hero Vijay with the same title. The film is expected to be complete by December end and Prabhudeva might take up megastar’s film next.
It should be remembered that Prabhudeva had composed dance movements to Chiranjeevi in many of the super hit films.
