It is reliably learnt that Gemini Film Circuit (GFC) has bought the rights of 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' and is remaking it in Telugu as 'Shankardada Zindabad'. The ace production house of South India has already registered the title with APFCC (Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce). The cast and crew of the film is yet to be finalized. But there is a good chance that megastar Chiranjeevi might enact the title role.
Lage Raho Munna Bhai(released on September 1, 2006) has opened to a thunderous response at the box-office and is all set to break the records set by its predecessor 'Munnabhai MBBS'.
